We just completed our first kitchen remodel and Optima Construction was great from start to finish. Water damage from some leaky shower tiles led to our latest (unplanned) project with Stephen. Brown and Optima Construction. We are a repeat customer x 4-5 times and frequently refer them to others since we love their work and trust Stephen and his crews to provide quality workmanship. Stephen makes great showroom, product and design recommendations; he also provided a super 3D and online easy to use Houzz project management. Stephen’s adoption of technology is a big plus for keeping us well informed about the schedule and coordination of resources. We woke up the morning of December 5, 2025 to a nightmare – a water leak in our master bathroom. We immediately called Stephen Brown at Optima Construction who did an addition and patio work over a year ago. Stephen was at our house within an hour and took charge. It was complicated, we had to check for asbestos, we had to check if the water was contaminated, we had to check for black mold, etc. All those tests took time, but Stephen knew who to contact at each remediation company so instead of weeks we had these tests all completed within 5 days and then waited for results. We got cleared within 10 days – then the insurance adjuster came out to inspect the damage and give us our reimburseme...
