We woke up the morning of December 5, 2025 to a nightmare – a water leak in our master bathroom. We immediately called Stephen Brown at Optima Construction who did an addition and patio work over a year ago. Stephen was at our house within an hour and took charge. It was complicated, we had to check for asbestos, we had to check if the water was contaminated, we had to check for black mold, etc. All those tests took time, but Stephen knew who to contact at each remediation company so instead of weeks we had these tests all completed within 5 days and then waited for results.
