This was the second time in the past year that we've hired Stephen and Brandon at Optima Construction for a project on our home. We needed a pergola built to cover a fairly large open patio space in our backyard. Stephen worked with us to keep the job within our budget and was receptive to our ideas. As with our previous project, the pergola was completed on time and the finished product was very high quality. Would highly recommend Stephen and Brandon for any project big or small.

We just completed our first kitchen remodel and Optima Construction was great from start to finish. With two toddlers, I was nervous to not have a kitchen for too long and they made the process much easier than I anticipated. Stephen and Brandon were always available to answer questions and their crews were great as well. We hired Optima Construction to help us get our house on the market to sell and do all those things we wish we would have done over the years. hey helped us pick out and replace the kitchen cabinet doors, fix drywall hole in the ceiling in garage, re-stucco the fence, and fix a crack in our chimney. They even went through the house and recommended taking down some old speaker attachments that honestly we lived with so long, I forgot they were there. It was nice to have a second set of eyes looking through the house to see what we needed to fix to increase the value of our house.
