Custom Home Renovations
A whole-home renovation touches every trade at once — structural, electrical, plumbing, finishes. We manage it as a single coordinated project instead of a string of separate contractors you have to schedule and sequence yourself.
How It Works
Vision & Scope
We start with a detailed walkthrough to understand how you actually use the home and where the current layout falls short, then define a realistic scope.
Design Coordination
We collaborate with architects and designers — yours or ours — to finalize plans before demolition starts, minimizing surprises once walls come down.
Phased Construction
For occupied renovations, we sequence work to keep at least part of the home livable where possible, and communicate clearly when that isn't.
Final Finishes & Walkthrough
We close out trade by trade with a documented punch list, so the last 10% of the project gets the same attention as the first.

Frequently Asked
Can we stay in the home during a full renovation?
It depends on scope — for renovations that leave part of the home intact, many clients stay. For projects touching structural systems throughout, we'll be upfront if temporary relocation makes more sense, and help you plan around it.
How do you handle unexpected issues once walls are opened?
Older Orange County homes often reveal outdated wiring, plumbing, or water damage once demolition starts. We document any change orders with cost and schedule impact before proceeding, rather than surprising you on the next invoice.
Do you work with our architect or interior designer?
Yes, regularly. We can also bring in our own design partners if you're starting from scratch.
How long does a whole-home renovation typically take?
Timelines depend heavily on scope, square footage, and how many systems are being touched. We'll give you a project-specific schedule once the design is finalized.
