Mitigation & Rebuild, One Contractor · Insurance Claims Support

Fire & Water Damage Restoration

Most restoration companies stop once your property is dry, then hand you off to a separate contractor for reconstruction. Optima's crews do both — mitigation through the finished rebuild — so nothing gets lost between companies and nobody has to re-explain the project twice.

Our Process

How It Works

01

Emergency Assessment

We respond quickly to assess the extent of fire, water, or smoke damage, including checks for asbestos, contamination, and mold before any work begins.

02

Mitigation & Drying

Water extraction, structural drying, and smoke or soot removal are handled first to stop further damage and stabilize the property.

03

Insurance Coordination

We work directly with your adjuster, providing documentation and scope-of-work detail to help move your claim forward without you having to translate contractor-speak yourself.

04

Full Rebuild — Same Crew

Once the space is clean, dry, and cleared, the same team rebuilds it to pre-loss condition or better. No hand-off to a second contractor who has to relearn your project from scratch.

Questions

Frequently Asked

How fast can you respond to a water or fire emergency?

We prioritize emergency calls and aim to get someone on the phone and on-site quickly to begin mitigation — the first 24-48 hours matter most for limiting mold growth and secondary damage.

Do you only do the cleanup, or the full rebuild too?

Both, under one contract. Optima handles mitigation and drying through the final rebuild — framing, drywall, flooring, and finishes — so you're not stuck coordinating a hand-off between a restoration company and a separate general contractor.

Do you work with my insurance company directly?

Yes. We regularly coordinate with adjusters and provide the documentation, photos, and scope detail insurance companies require, so you're not stuck translating between your carrier and your contractor.

Can you test for asbestos, mold, or contamination before starting?

Yes, we coordinate the necessary testing before demolition or drying work begins, and we know which remediation partners to bring in so results come back quickly instead of taking weeks.
